Job summary

Harris Health is seeking a Medical Lab Technician to perform moderate and high complexity tests on clinical specimens across lab sections. You will validate results, document QC, and maintain instruments per policy. A flexible work schedule supports a dynamic lab environment.

Minimum required is an Associate's degree in Medical Technology or related field; licensure is preferred. No prior clinical lab experience is required. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related science (Biology, Chemistry or Physics).
• Licensure: Medical Lab Technician or Medical Laboratory Science (Preferred).
• No work experience required in clinical laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderate and selected high complexity tests on clinical laboratory specimens.
• Validates and reports results of tests performed.
• Performs and documents Quality Control; maintains instrument and equipment; stocks reagents and supplies.
