Responsibilities

• Collects blood and performs tests as directed by supervisor.
• Inputs patient information and test results into the computer.
• Maintains reagents and supplies inventory and ensures clean, safe work areas.
• Performs venipuncture and capillary sticks for all ages.
• Adheres to Code of Conduct and hospital policies; completes training annually.
• Follows SOPs for reporting critical values and reconciling tests.
