Position Summary:
The Medical Laboratory Technician performs routine laboratory tests across multiple lab sections to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. This role involves conducting testing procedures, reporting results, maintaining and troubleshooting lab instruments, performing quality control, and ensuring test supplies are adequately stocked. The technician is expected to apply critical thinking, exercise sound judgment, and operate effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
