Job summary

Required education includes a Bachelor’s in Medical Technology or an Associate’s in Laboratory Science, plus board certification (ASCP/NCA/AMT) and Basic Life Support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related degree, or 2-year Associate’s Degree in Laboratory Science.
• Board certification (ASCP, NCA, AMT) as MLS/MT/CLS/MLT is required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in complex lab tests to obtain diagnostic data.
• Perform microbiology, chemistry, urinalysis, serology, hematology, coagulations and phlebotomy tasks.
