Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or completion of a Medical Laboratory Technician program.
• CA Licensed Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
• Demonstrated knowledge and technical competence in routine specimen collection, preparation, testing applications, laboratory operations, and quality assurance in one or more assigned clinical specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-analytic, analytic and post-analytic procedures on biological specimens.
• Phlebotomy, specimen processing, quality control and moderate complexity testing (CLIA).
• Report lab results in a timely and accurate manner.
