Responsibilities

Performs moderate and high-complexity tests with timely reporting and proper documentation.
Maintains quality control protocols and analyzes data to troubleshoot out-of-range results.
Operates and maintains instruments, performing preventative maintenance and addressing malfunctions.
Uses laboratory computer systems for general and section-specific tasks.
Collects and documents chain-of-custody urine drug screens as required.
Complies with PPE and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
Assists with phlebotomy duties and supports department tasks.
Maintains accurate records and regulatory-compliant statistics.
