Notifies Section Leader and/or Chief Technologist when inventory supplies fall below two week supply level or when opening the last kit.11.Maintains passing grades on all competency & proficiency tests.12.Exhibits familiarity with Corporate and Laboratory Compliance Plan and adheres to compliance intent.13.Age Specific Competency: Staff member will have knowledge of human growth and development through the life span of the patient and have the ability to meet the needs of and provide the care to these patients. The age categories to be included are: Neonatal/infant 0 - 11 months; Pediatrics 1 - 12 years; Adolescence 13 - 17 years; Young adult/adult 18 - 64 years; Adult/middle-age 65 - 79 years; Geriatric 80+ years.14.Notifies Section leaders, Chief Technologist, Laboratory Director, and/or Pathologist of unresolved problems in a timely manner.15.Performs other job related duties as assigned.
