Qualifications

• ASCP MLS certification or equivalent (AMT or NCA).
• Minimum 1 year of generalist/inpatient lab experience preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from ASCP MLS eligible program.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive laboratory testing while ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality patient results.
• Analyze patient, control, and proficiency testing specimens and accurately document results.
• Calibrate, maintain, operate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation while completing all required documentation.
