• Follows SOPs for collecting, processing and analyzing specimens for routine and complex tests.
• Integrates clinical and laboratory data to resolve discrepancies and verifies results in the LIS.
• Monitors workload to ensure timely completion of high-priority samples and maintains QC procedures.
