Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
• ASCP or AMT certification (BB, C, H, MT/MLS, M, MB) is required.
• Minimum of five years of relevant laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee advanced laboratory procedures, including quality control, specimen processing, and result reporting.
• Lead technical problem-solving initiatives and mentor junior staff.
• Manage vendor relationships and contribute to procedure development.
