Texas Health Resources invites applications for the Medical Laboratory Scientist – Laboratory Department position at the Kaufman facility. The MLS will maintain specimen integrity, ensure quality testing, and support staff and students while upholding THR Promise Behaviors.

Ideal candidates have MT/MLS certifications and internship in Medical Technology, with experience in a fast-paced hospital lab. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Internship in an approved Medical Technology training program is required.
• 2 Years experience in a Medical Laboratory is preferred.
• MT(ASCP) - Medical Technologist 6 Months is required.
• MLS(ASCP) - Medical Lab Scientist 6 Months is required.
• Other licenses (AMT, AAB, HHS, NCA, HEW, CLS- CA, FL, NY state license, Philippine Board of Technical Technology 6 Months) is required.
• M(ASCP) - Microbiology if working in Microbiology 6 Months is required.

Work hours: Full Time, 40 hours a week. Tuesday through Friday 3:00pm - 1:30am

Here’s What You Need

Individuals hired as a CLS II prior to January 3, 2010 will be grandfathered to the MLS position with existing education. degree may be obtained within 3 months of hire is required

• Internship in an approved Medical Technology training program is required and
