Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field and CLIA-approved program.
• MLS certification or eligible by ASCP (required)

Responsibilities

• Performs analytical tests on biological specimens accurately and quickly.
• Determines specimen acceptability via visual inspection and result review.
• Recognizes factors affecting measurements and acts per protocol.
• Performs quality control and ensures results are ready for physician review.
• Maintains safe, clean work environment and troubleshoots equipment.
