Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technologist (MLT/MLS) to join a generalist clinical laboratory team in Prescott Valley, AZ. The position is full-time and on-site, with relocation assistance possible for qualified candidates relocating to Arizona.

Qualifications

• Hands-on generalist laboratory testing across chemistry, hematology and toxicology.
• Experience with specimen processing and quality control documentation.
• Focus on accuracy, safety, and compliance with lab standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine clinical tests across generalist areas.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.
• Review and document test results following QA procedures.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe laboratory workspace.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely reporting of results.
