SteveRecruiter, LLC seeks a Field Service Engineer to service medical laboratory analyzers in the greater Davenport, IA area. The role requires electronics/electro-mechanical troubleshooting and overnight travel, with a background in field service within the medical device industry preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a field service engineer
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or similar medical instrumentation is a plus
• Willingness to travel overnight as required
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Responsabilités

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on laboratory instrumentation.
• Build and maintain positive customer relations during service visits.
• Coordinate problem resolution with the Field Support Group.
• Maintain vehicle inventory including tools and spare parts.
• Provide basic on-site training on company instrumentation.
