Top Echelon Software LLC in Davenport, IA seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain advanced medical laboratory analyzers across the Quad Cities. The role focuses on electronics/electro-mechanical troubleshooting and proactive customer support.
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years in field service, be willing to travel overnight, and be fully vaccinated. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided, including medical, dental, 401K, and tuition
Formación
- Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or related discipline required.
- Good experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Overnight travel will be required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
- Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation a plus.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Responsabilidades
- Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance of instrumentation.
- Establish a good customer relations foundation.
- Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
- Maintain car inventory, tools, and parts.
- Provide basic on-site training regarding operation of company instrumentation.
