Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service medical laboratory analyzers in the greater Cleveland area. You will install, calibrate, and maintain hematology, chemistry, and coagulation instruments to ensure uptime and performance.

The role requires a certificate or AAS in electronics, at least 3 years in field service, and willingness to travel overnight. A company vehicle and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

Certificate or AAS in electronics is required.
Experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
Overnight travel is required.
Minimum 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
Experience servicing medical lab analyzers is a plus.
This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
Establish strong customer relations.
Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
Maintain car inventory and parts.
Provide on-site training on operation of company instrumentation.
