Management Performance Associates in Cleveland, OH seeks an experienced Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain hematology, chemistry, and coagulation analyzers for a leading medical instrumentation manufacturer. Overnight travel and on-site customer visits are required as part of the role.

You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate troubleshooting within the Field Support Group, manage vehicle/trunk stock, and provide on-site training on company instrumentation.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance of laboratory instrumentation.
