Your Talent Team in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain medical laboratory analyzers used in hematology, chemistry, and coagulation. You will train customers on operation and ensure instrument reliability in a dynamic environment.

The role requires overnight travel, a 3+ year field service background, and a valid electronics background. A company vehicle and competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics required.
• Minimum 3 years field service engineer experience.
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory (tools, parts, etc.).
• Provide on-site training on company instrumentation.
