• Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 11:30am-8pm

Responsibilities

1. Perform specimen processing and clerical functions in the laboratory.
2. Assist with receiving, identifying, accessioning, processing, and transporting specimens.
3. Maintain a safe, organized, and aseptic work environment.
4. Handle clerical duties such as answering phones, data entry, and filing.
5. Record keeping and equipment maintenance duties.
6. Manage supplies and transport specimens, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Credential from the American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP-BOC) or American Medical Technologists (AMT) preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of relevant experience.
