Mercy Gilbert Medical Center is seeking a Materials Management Technician to support the Manager or Supervisor in coordinating shifts, staffing, and schedules for an efficient team. Daily duties include disinfecting medical equipment, receiving and delivering supplies, and maintaining accurate counts in inventory using ERP systems.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6–12 months of inventory management experience.
• 2+ years or more experience working with large ERP systems.
• AZ Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Receives facility supplies, equipment and mail, ensuring all documentation is complete and any problems with the shipments are identified.
• Sorts and delivers inter-office mail and packages per hospital procedure; processes outgoing mail and provides courier services as needed.
• Stocks facility inventory, conducts cycle counting, rotating inventory on a first in, first out basis.
• Trains Materials Management Technician per policy and procedures and communicates workflow observations to Supervisor/Manager.
