Responsibilities

• Monitors stock rotation and ensures standardization per regulations.
• Adjusts inventory levels to meet customer needs and communicates changes.
• Restocks medical trays, totes, and carts to support clinical functions.
• Maintains standardization and documents inventory; removes outdated items.
• Contacts departments to fill requests and answer supply questions.
• Uses inventory computer system to maintain par levels and counts.
• Initiates vendor orders for patient rental equipment and handles billing documentation.
• Sorts and distributes mail; maintains bulk and certified mail records.
• Labels patient items to assist with charges and reimbursement.
