Job Summary

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team ensuring high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They practice in an environment supported by Nurse Managers and the Wellstar Shared Governance Model, guided by the Wellstar Professional Practice Model and evidence-based standards. RNs are expected to uphold the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Code of Ethics, advocating for patients and system policies.
