Requirements

• Proficiency in Epic, Meditech, or Cerner systems
• Excellent phone and customer service skills

• Experience in professional and hospital billing and follow-up (including payer calls and portal use)
• Medicare billing experience (preferred)
• Experience filing medical insurance appeals
