Job Description

Tiedemann Advisors is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our Finance Team. Reporting directly to the Controller, the Billing Clerk will be responsible for managing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks, as well as providing support to the Finance Team and the Controller.

Responsibilities Of The Billing & Invoice Clerk

• Invoices customer orders after shipments have left, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicates with other departments such as Customer Service, Distribution, Accounting, Information Systems and Traffic departments from the other two company facilities.
• Maintains shipping files.
  
  

Required Qualifications of the Billing & Invoice Clerk:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access
• Working knowledge of small office equipment such as fax machines, phones, and printers
• Good oral, written, and presentation skills
