Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information sciences & technology or information management related fields or equivalent
• Associate’s degree with 10 years of experience preferred
• 7 years of progressive experience in IT, healthcare or business PMO related fields
• 1 year experience in a lead, supervisory or leadership role
• Strong project management, governance and portfolio management skills
• Understanding of enterprise platforms, digital technologies and integration tools
• Ability to mentor project managers and analysts
• Excellent relationship-building and cross-team collaboration

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in information Sciences and Technology or Information Management related fields or


• Associate’s Degree and 10 years preferred work experience.


• 7 years progressive work experience in information technology, healthcare or business project management related fields. and


• 1 year experience in a lead, supervisory or leadership role.


• Core technical and project management skills including project management expertise, portfolio and governance management.


• Understanding of enterprise platforms, digital technologies, and integration tools to bridge business and technical needs.


• Ability to manage, mentor and coach project managers and analysts to foster a culture of growth and continuous learning.


• Relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.


• Effective communication and collaboration across teams and departments.


• Competence in monitoring KPIs.


• Ability to identify risks, manage change and implement mitigation strategies for technology initiatives.


• Capacity to navigate ambiguity and deliver results using problem-solving and adaptability.

Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
