What You’ll Do
- Lead technical implementation projects, including installation, configuration, testing, validation, and production deployment in on‑premises and cloud environments.
- Review customer infrastructure to ensure configurations align with networking, authentication, security, and compliance requirements.
- Integrate the platform with picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), electronic medical records (EMR), radiology information systems (RIS), and other clinical platforms.
- Configure and validate DICOM routing rules, destination profiles, and workflow logic to distribute imaging studies across customer environments.
- Build DICOM tag management profiles to normalize imaging metadata for downstream systems.
- Implement prior study prefetching workflows and DICOM Modality Worklist services to support radiology operations.
- Collaborate with HL7 engineers and customer interface teams to configure, test, and validate clinical messaging workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues involving Windows Server, virtualization, storage, networking, domain authentication, and system connectivity.
- Support high availability deployments, including load balancing, content switching, and failover configurations.
- Partner with project managers, engineering teams, and customer stakeholders to meet project requirements and timelines.
- Provide Tier 2 support for complex DICOM routing, modality connectivity, HL7 messaging, and integration issues.
- Participate in a rotating after‑hours on‑call schedule to address customer‑impacting incidents and coordinate escalations.

- Knowledge of domain security, user account management, and authentication.
- Proven troubleshooting skills across multiple IT disciplines.
- Experience installing and configuring web‑based solutions on‑premises and in the cloud.
- DICOM experience and an understanding of radiology workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- PACS administration experience with strong technical expertise.

- Experience with healthcare IT systems, including EMR, RIS, or health information exchange (HIE) platforms.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or comparable cloud platforms.
- Experience with DICOM routing and imaging data management.
- Experience working with radiology departments and PACS administrators.
What Will Help You Succeed
You bring strong technical judgment, a structured approach to troubleshooting, and clear communication with customers and colleagues. You’re comfortable taking ownership of implementation work, adapting to different customer environments, and learning advanced healthcare integration technologies.
