SriMatrix health in San Diego, California, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service cardiovascular/Cath Lab and General X-ray imaging equipment. You will work Monday–Friday with occasional evenings, performing maintenance, repairs, and calibrations to ensure patient-ready imaging systems.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field service, OEM training from Philips/GE/Siemens and an active license, with ability to travel to customer sites and communicate effectively with accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years as a Field Service Engineer servicing Cardiovascular/Cath Lab and General X-ray equipment.
• OEM training from Philips, GE, or Siemens is required.
• Active state license is required.
• Certification from Philips, GE, or Siemens for relevant equipment is required.
• No gaps in employment or education history.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment in Cath Labs and General X-ray machines.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including system calibrations and verifications.
• Resolve technical issues promptly with high-quality, customer-focused service.
• Document all service activities and field reports per company standards.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accurate diagnostics.
• Communicate with account manager about services and support needs.
• Manage and maintain company assets required to perform job functions.
