Siemens Healthineers in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Medical Imaging Field Engineer to service AT/XP equipment, install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance at customer sites. You will train operators to ensure optimal system performance and manage territory budget, parts, and assets with minimal supervision.

You will establish professional relationships with customers and peers and mentor junior engineers while adhering to vendor credentialing and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be proficient with tools and service test equipment, able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in network applications and tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM portal).
• Experience servicing diagnostic medical equipment at customer sites is required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Service AT/XP equipment in the Charlottesville, VA area with supervision as needed.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on medical instrumentation.
• Provide timely repairs and operator training to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage territory financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and inventory.
• Maintain tool/test equipment calibration records and asset management (car, phone, tools, parts).
• Foster business relationships with customers and peers and handle admin duties.
• Mentor other engineers on competencies and responsibilities.
