Qualifications

• Strong analytical and structured thinking; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Work with Commercial, Engineering, Clinical and Quality to refine VoC processes.
• Translate customer pain points and field observations into product insights and priorities.
• Develop and maintain VoC trackers and requirements documentation.
• Support product testing activities from planning to feedback collection and documentation.
• Partner with R&D, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory and Applications teams to translate feedback into requirements.
• Define user needs, workflow requirements, usability considerations, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain product requirements documentation and ensure traceability to customer needs and priorities.
• Support cross-functional reviews of product changes and UI updates.
• Gather feedback on AI performance, usability, and visualization.
