Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of business experience in hospital administration, strategic planning, market research or financial planning.
• MBA or MHA with health emphasis preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic plans to drive growth for West Florida Division across ACS and AHMG, providing strategic direction.
• Support the strategic planning process with concise information for senior leadership.
• Develop hospital-wide strategies and business plans to create growth and competitive advantage.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform planning and opportunities.
