Colonial Group is seeking a Manufacturing/Production Technician to assemble medical-grade refrigeration equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will use hand and power tools, read drawings, and verify parts to ensure quality.

The role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while coordinating with teammates. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must have knowledge of machines and tools and their maintenance.
• Ability to read engineering drawings preferred.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical grade refrigeration equipment using hand and power tools.
• Inspect finished work against drawings and specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized work area to facilitate manufacturing.
• Check dimensions with calipers and micrometers.
• Follow written instructions, drawings, and planning.
• Perform periodic cycle counts of inventory.
