Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care in Irving, TX seeks a Front Office Specialist for the Irving clinic. You will manage check-in, insurance verification, and payments while keeping families informed and supported in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, American Heart Association BLS certification, and the ability to work with children and families. Clinic hours are Mon–Fri 8:00 am–8:00 pm; occasional travel to other clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Be the calm, welcoming presence families meet first.
• Manage check-in, insurance verification, and payments without losing accuracy.
• Explain wait times and next steps clearly and respectfully.
• Juggle phones, walk-ins, and systems during busy shifts.
• Document thoroughly in the EMR and protect patient privacy.
• Work closely with clinical teams to keep patient flow moving.
