Job summary

Therapy Partners of North Texas is seeking a Full-Time, in-clinic Medical Receptionist/Scheduler to join our outpatient orthopedic clinics in the Greater North Dallas Area. You will greet patients, coordinate care from initial evaluation to discharge, answer phones, manage electronic scheduling, and maintain patient records with a friendly, professional team.

The role requires strong phone skills, proficiency with Word/Excel, and flexibility with hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of medical front office experience is preferred.
• Strong phone skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate care from initial evaluation to discharge.
• Answer phones for multiple clinics.
• Handle electronic scheduling and data entry.
• Verify current personal and financial information.
• Maintain patient charts and electronic medical records.
• Process patient payments; fax and file; perform other duties as assigned.
