Job summary

Therapy Partners of North Texas in Plano, TX is seeking a Full-Time, in-clinic Medical Receptionist/Scheduler to support a friendly, efficient outpatient orthopedic team. You will greet patients, verify information, handle payments, and maintain medical records using our software-powered system.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of medical front office experience, strong telephone and organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service
• Coordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge

• Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments
• Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned
