As a Patient Service Representative, you will be part of a dedicated team delivering quality, value, and access in the 21st century, aligning stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

You Will

  • Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Verify insurance and patient information, obtain signatures, and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Collect and log co-pays and fees.
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls.
  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments; confirm and notify staff of changes.
  • Provide patients with preparatory and safety instructions and directions.
  • Coordinate with back-office staff for effective patient care.
  • Safeguard patient property and information, including medications and financial data.
  • Maintain professional behavior and respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
  • Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, families, and the public.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service; medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office experience are preferred.

Pay Range

USD $16.00 - USD $20.00 per hour
