Job summary

Select Medical in Nicholasville, KY is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to manage front desk and administrative tasks for an outpatient PT center. This FULLTIME FLOAT role travels between Lexington-area centers, offering a structured Monday–Friday schedule and a starting pay of $16/hour with a $1000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling, processing co-pays, and coordinating with insurers and translation services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience beneficial.

Type of Employment: Fulltime (FLOAT)

Schedule: Weekdays (7am to 4pm OR 8am to 5pm OR 9am to 6pm)

Compensation: Starting at $16/hour (pending experience) + $1000 sign on bonus

***This is a FLOAT position, which requires traveling between teams/centers in the greater Lexington area.***

***Reliable transportation and a clean driving record is preferred.***

• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders and business development team
