Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in North Little Rock, AR is seeking experienced Medical Receptionists to join our team. The Medical Receptionist will greet patients, set up patient files and support patients and medical staff.

Full-time team members work a rotating 36-40 hour/week schedule, including 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend; PRN options are available. High school diploma and EMR familiarity are required, with prior medical office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of basic computer software and ability to learn Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and guide them through registration.
• Answer multi-line phones, file, fax, scan and handle patient callbacks.
• Check in/out patients, assist clinical staff and close the office after shift.
