Qualifications

• Front desk/customer service experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Certificate or coursework in front office support is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in a front desk/customer service role required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and maintains filing for patient charts, generates chart numbers and pulls charts.
• Answers calls and directs inquiries or triage appropriately.
• Schedules appointments and inputs them into the scheduler.
• Conducts reminder calls to patients and greets visitors.
• Verifies patient records and updates information in the system.
