Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Front Desk Representative to join our Gateway Two team in Vancouver, WA. You will welcome patients and families, collect co-pays, obtain insurance information, answer phone calls, and schedule appointments.

A friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. High school diploma is required; 1 year of customer service and 1 year of medical front office experience are preferred; Epic experience is a plus.

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our Gateway Two team! To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients.

Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.

If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Location: Gateway Two (2621 NE 134th Street - Vancouver, WA 98686) Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required. Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred. Experience with Epic preferred. Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors. Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Pay Range: $17.31 - $24.24 The above information is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work required in this position.
