FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER OF NORTHWEST OHIO INC. in Lima, OH is seeking a Medical Front Desk (Full Time) to support enrollment, registration and billing within a healthcare setting.

Salary ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA, 403(b), PTO and more. The role requires strong customer service, data accuracy, and the ability to work with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• HS/GED required; healthcare registration/billing experience preferred.
• Customer service skills and ability to work with diverse teams across departments.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, HRIS and EHR systems in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guide them through registration and enrollment.
• Explain payment options and assist with applicable assistance programs and insurance enrollment.
• Ensure accurate data collection and proper scanning into patient charts across systems.
• Coordinate with clinicians, insurers and clients to resolve issues and verify information.
