Elevate ENT Partners is seeking a friendly Medical Front Desk professional for our Otolaryngology practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming environment, while handling scheduling, records, and phone inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related front desk/administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
• Answer phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Assist patients from check-in to check-out and coordinate with clinicians.
