Florida ENT Associates is seeking a Medical Front Desk professional for our Otolaryngology practice in Jacksonville, FL. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly and ensuring they feel comfortable in our office.

You will schedule appointments, manage patient records, and answer calls while working closely with physicians and clinical staff to deliver excellent customer service and a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out.
