Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in Spokane, WA is seeking a Field Service Technician II to ensure patient readiness for a wide range of medical devices. You will clean, disinfect, perform function checks, and make minor repairs, supporting on-site and field service across customer sites.

The role requires operating a box truck, lifting up to 1,680 pounds, 24/7 on-call coverage, and strong customer service. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; technical schooling and FDA-regulated

Qualifications

Experience in repairing medical devices and performing readiness checks.
Ability to troubleshoot electronic and mechanical systems.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Performs electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair of assigned products.
Ability to troubleshoot devices and repair any malfunctioning components.
Ability to use the appropriate tools in making required adjustments and repairs.
Ability to provide on-call coverage, up to 24/7 basis including weekends and holidays, which may require customer account visits.
Ability to load, unload, and remove medical products, weighing up to 1680 pounds.
Generate service revenue and complete activities required under service contract.
Safely operate box truck vehicle or company car ranging in size from a cargo van up to a 26,000 pound truck.
