Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Field Service Representative in the Fairfax, VA area to service Varian Medical Systems equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance according to VMS guidelines.

This field-based, on-site role requires strong communication with customers, management, and sales, plus credentialing for client sites. A HS degree is required; an Associate degree is preferred. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Frequent use of technical documentation and standards.
• Experience with electronic and electro-mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair designated VMS equipment within a service territory.
• Manage time and schedule for preventative maintenance, installations, and upgrades.
• Elevate incidents when necessary and request assistance from senior staff.
• Examine difficult issues, diagnose, and resolve the problems.
• Maintain territory management and complete field reports and documentation.
