Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance on Varian Medical Systems equipment and associated systems. The role covers regional service and requires diligent documentation and coordination with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS education; vocational training or military electronics background desirable.
• Strong time management and communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to read and apply technical documentation and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Proactively perform preventive maintenance on Linear Accelerators and related medical equipment.
• Manage daily/weekly schedule to service locations within the region.
• Escalate incidents when needed and request help from senior staff.
• Complete field service work orders and manage parts and documentation.
• Communicate follow-up actions to the assigned representative.
