Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician I to prepare products for patient use, perform cleaning, disinfections, and minor repairs of Baxter and non-Baxter products. The role supports on-site service centers and customer sites with a Monday–Friday afternoon shift from about 12:00 p.m.

to 8:30 p.m. MST. You will move, inspect, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on medical products, while providing on-call coverage and demonstrating product use to hospital staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• DOT physical card must be obtained and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Move and inspect medical products within Baxter service centers, healthcare facilities, and private homes.
• Load and unload Baxter product and maneuver equipment in truck beds.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate repairs; perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance.
• Provide on-call coverage up to 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
• Navigate electronic devices to enter or retrieve information.
• Demonstrate Baxter product use to hospital staff and caregivers.
