Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc is seeking a Environmental Services Associate to maintain cleanliness of patient care areas, support spaces, and office spaces. You will clean assigned areas, restock supplies, and help ensure rapid turnover between cases, following safety and aseptic guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to relate and work effectively with others.
• Verbal and written English communications for safe handling of chemicals and safety instructions.
• Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities; previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas and maintain appropriate supplies.
• Facilitate rapid turnover from case to case or patient to patient.
• Conduct room cleaning, general cleaning and office cleaning.
• Perform project work such as wall washing, vents, windows, lights, etc.
• Follow aseptic technique, standard precautions, PPE use and safe chemical handling.
• Work under pressure with patience, tact and endurance.
