DuPont™ Spectrum™ in New Jersey is seeking an Extrusion Technician to set up, operate and troubleshoot plastic extrusion equipment for medical components. You will collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, QA, and technical teams to ensure quality and on-time production.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent) with related experience, basic math skills, and the ability to read drawings and process specifications. GMP and FDA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Experience in plastic extrusion, injection molding or related experience.
• Computer skills: Inventory Software; Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Set up/Operate/Troubleshoot production machinery such as Thermoplastic Extruders and line supporting equipment.
• Document activities accurately and completely.
• Follow sequences of operations including cleaning, equipment setups, cutting, inspection, and packing.
• Perform arithmetic and measurements with dial or digital devices (calipers, micrometers).
• Read/understand drawings and process specifications.
• Work with inks, isopropyl alcohol and other liquids safely.
• Comply with FDA GMP and safety policies.
• Read, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
