One Medical Extrusion in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an Extrusion Technician to set up and operate plastic extrusion equipment and to manufacture custom and complex medical tubing according to specifications with strict quality standards. You will adjust tooling and process parameters, inspect products, and ensure on-time delivery to the next work cell.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 0–2 years of manufacturing experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years experience operating a machine in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read work instructions and drawings.
• Basic math proficiency and good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate extrusion equipment per approved parameters.
• Adjust tooling to meet specifications and maintain tolerances.
• Modify processing parameters within approved ranges to stay within specs.
• Inspect products using approved methods and equipment.
• Package and deliver product per work order requirements.
• Monitor machine operation for defects and malfunctions.
• Complete paperwork and enter data into the computer.
• Confer with management to resolve problems and enforce safety rules.
