Job Summary:

A Liquivida Esthetician loves to make people look and feel their best through chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, and consultative product sales based on a client's skin condition and anti-aging goals. You will need to connect well with clients through a positive attitude and upbeat personality.

You also need to perform general medical aesthetic treatments such as facials, PRP facials, peels, high frequency treatments, micro-needling, skin-tightening, and other services offered at LQV’s Wellness Center and MedSpa.

Expectations:

1. Consult with patients and recommend suitable facial treatments
2. Ensure accurate documentation and paperwork
3. Maintain complete knowledge of Point of Sales/EMR system (Zenoti)
4. Greet customers professionally and provide exceptional service
5. Proactively solicit treatment bookings from clients
6. Process transactions accurately using the POS system
7. Answer calls professionally and address customer needs
8. Maintain a clean and organized facility
9. Communicate pertinent information to co-workers
10. Assist with equipment, product displays, and event preparations
11. Monitor and purchase inventory of Facial Esthetics and Skin Care lines
12. Maintain high service knowledge, including product ingredients and benefits
13. Attend daily meetings and training sessions
14. Perform assigned side work
15. Build relationships with local businesses to increase word-of-mouth referrals
16. Follow up with previous clients and secure future appointments
17. Contribute ideas for marketing and in-store improvements
18. Oversee maintenance, utility setup, or contracting jobs for the location
19. Adhere to company policies
20. Exhibit social perceptiveness and situational awareness in a luxury environment
21. Hold valid state licensure as a medical esthetician

Additional Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
• Schedule: Part-time, Fridays and Saturdays, as needed
• Supplemental Pay: Commission
