Job description
Job Summary:
A Liquivida Esthetician loves to make people look and feel their best through chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, and consultative product sales based on a client's skin condition and anti-aging goals. You will need to connect well with clients through a positive attitude and upbeat personality.
You also need to perform general medical aesthetic treatments such as facials, PRP facials, peels, high frequency treatments, micro-needling, skin-tightening, and other services offered at LQV’s Wellness Center and MedSpa.
Expectations:
- Consult with patients and recommend suitable facial treatments
- Ensure accurate documentation and paperwork
- Maintain complete knowledge of Point of Sales/EMR system (Zenoti)
- Greet customers professionally and provide exceptional service
- Proactively solicit treatment bookings from clients
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Answer calls professionally and address customer needs
- Maintain a clean and organized facility
- Communicate pertinent information to co-workers
- Assist with equipment, product displays, and event preparations
- Monitor and purchase inventory of Facial Esthetics and Skin Care lines
- Maintain high service knowledge, including product ingredients and benefits
- Attend daily meetings and training sessions
- Perform assigned side work
- Build relationships with local businesses to increase word-of-mouth referrals
- Follow up with previous clients and secure future appointments
- Contribute ideas for marketing and in-store improvements
- Oversee maintenance, utility setup, or contracting jobs for the location
- Adhere to company policies
- Exhibit social perceptiveness and situational awareness in a luxury environment
- Hold valid state licensure as a medical esthetician
- Maintain ongoing education and stay current on industry trends and products
- Be detail-oriented, professional, and reliable

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Licensed Esthetician with valid state license
- At least 1 year of experience as a medical esthetician
- Microneedling certification and experience
- Knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines
Additional Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time, Fridays and Saturdays, as needed
- Supplemental Pay: Commission
- Experience: Facials: 1 year (Required)
- License/Certification: Cosmetology License (Required), Microneedling license (Required)
